Rinse silverware of all food leftovers.
Use a mild, non abrasive and non acidic dishwasher detergent. No pods are recommended.
For dishwasher use, we recommend a cycle of less than 2 hours and temperature lower than 130 °F (55 °C). Eco cycles are NOT recommended.
Once the cycle is done, dry the blades with a soft cloth to remove the water spots or leftover soap otherwise oxidation could appear.
If oxidation spots are showing, wipe the blades with a soaked cloth of white vinegar.
To avoid this occurrence, we recommend pouring 3oz of white vinegar with each wash.
The flatware with wood handles can occasionally go in the dishwasher with a very short cycle and wipe the cutlery right away with a soft cloth when done. However, we recommend hand washing to preserve both the varnish and the wood
If handwashing, never use the abrasive side of the sponge.
