At the centre of the new headquarters for dynamic advertising agency Frank & Fame, the architects ‘designed a central creative engine’, they explain. This core space, divided in distinct zones, provides all the necessary areas and stimulation required for the smooth running of this creative hub.

We were asked to do a complete renovation of this apartment in Marylebone. The client’s love of design called for a minimalist approach with modern/state of the art seamless detailing, together with classical elements such as the herringbone smoked oak floor, as well as Brazilian influences through luscious vegetation and fixtures.
The combination of these styles and spaces make for a unique, elegant and contemporary interior.
The brief called for the redesign of the existing ground floor Liquid bar of the Onassis Cultural Centre, as an extension of the newly refurbished Lobby, The space, sitting under the ‘egg’ amphitheatre, was organised into three different areas so as to be enjoyed at all times of the day and to maximise usage; with a reading corner, a sitting area for drinks before a show, an island bar for more casual meetings and a main bar for food and drinks.

The brief called for a revamp of the F&B areas which includes a restaurant and bar. Our design strategy took precedent from the existing context of gardens and woodland, with a simple colour palette which change easily with the seasons; a touch of modernity and freshness harmonised with the traditional style, ‘toute en délicatesse’.
We proposed to modify the layout with the creation of a large opening and a skylight, giving the property plenty of natural light. The large living room window extends onto the garden, which gives a unique peaceful experience in the heart of busy central London.
The interior combines bespoke furniture, luxurious finishes, a sophisticated color scheme combined with an elegant selection of furniture from vintage pieces to a contemporary style.
